Transfer of policies to Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A.

Lloyd’s proposes to transfer certain insurance policies entered into within the EEA (European Economic Area) to Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A. The transfer will not alter the terms and conditions of those policies, except that Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A. will become the insurer and data controller in relation to the transferred policies.
